Lake Diefenbaker is centrally located in the Province of Saskatchewan and can be accessed by any of the highways shown on the map below.

If you plan on arriving the the region by air, Regina and Saskatoon have international airports. There are many car rentals companies to rent from the airport to make your trip to the lake.

Riverhurst Ferry - The Riverhurst Ferry leaves from the east side (Riverhurst) on the hour, and leaves from the west side (Lucky Lake) on the half-hour. The ferry runs from late spring to late fall, 24 hours a day and is free of charge. For up-to-date road conditions and ferry operations, pelase call the Highway Hotline at 1-888-335-7623.

Emergency Services - The Lake Diefenbaker Area is covered by the Provincial 9-1-1 emergency system. There are health centres located in Central Butte, Davidson, Outlook, Lucky Lake, Beechy and Kyle. RCMP Detachments are located in Elbow, Outlook and Kyle.
